*Price below is for only one consumer unit with up to 15 circuits. Additional circuits will be charged £10 for each extra circuits.

Gas Certificates:

*For any additional appliance beyond three, a charge of £10 will apply.

PAT Testing Certificate:

*Extra £1.40 for each item above 30

EPC Certificate:

*We only provide EPC certificate for domestic properties

Carbon Monoxide Supply and fit

Parking Charge:

*In case you would not be able to provide us with parking space, we charge fixed fee of £4 for metered parking

Congestion Fee:

*Only if the location of the service is in the congestion zone

Additional information:

* Please add any additional information regarding the service. For example, if you would like to have another name on the certificate as the client’s name, if the service needs to be arranged directly with the tenant such as tenant name and p, or any other relevant information.
